AUCTION 44 – FALL 2017

IMPORTANT: AUCTION 44 WILL CLOSE On: Saturday Nov 18 at 6pm EST. NOTE THE CLOSING TIME PLEASE.

In Eastern Ontario this year we are enjoying a gloriously warm and sunny Fall. We hope you are enjoying the same. Our Fall auction is a bit later than usual, but we think you will find it was well worth the wait. This is certainly our largest and best sale to date. We have an amazing Stoneware and Redware catagory. The Wilkinson churn with Skinner tree is a phenomenal piece of Picton pottery. We have a number of early St. Johns Quebec crocks, including maybe THE BEST Moses Farrar St. Johns Lower Canada ovoid cooler. The Albany slip glazed Silas Burnham is the very first Upper Canada crock we have offered and this one is a museum piece! In Redware the standout is a beautiful butter churn with its original lid and dasher. We are proud to offer an amazing collection of Canadian Fruit Jars. Never before have we offered so many high quality midget and pint size jars. You will be dazzled by the rarity and condition of these pantry gems. In Miscellaneous, we have a great selection of glass sodas including the elusive Meikle bear skinny pint, a pair of rare Glendinning torpedoes and a rare Ridgeway Coke. Also a collection of Tuckett's tins from Hamilton. In Ginger Beers, we have them covered from coast to coast! We have on offer a quality collection of Quebec ginger beers and the condition of these bottles is stellar. We have a near mint Phillips Victoria West that was shipwreck found in England. And we have both Ontario and Maritime ginger beers galore! We dare you not to fall in love with something this auction!
